If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer full returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
There will be no reimbursement for carriage costs. Sales are final after 14 days.
There will be an additional minimum delivery charge for exchanges.
Refunds will always be issued to the same payment method used to make the initial purchase.
Please note bespoke and custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless due to manufacturing fault or defect.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we can, please drop us an email using the contact us menu tab giving your address and we will get you a quote as soon as possible!
How long will it take to get my goods?
From the time of payment we estimate the time between 10-14 days within the UK other countries may take longer to ship.
If for any reason we cannot make these times we will contact you and advise you of time scale.
I can't find what I'm looking for, can you make it?
Yes we can, within reason as long as its within the limits of the materials, the law and doesn’t infringe any copyrights or safety legislation.
